ALPHA MAID SERVICES, a company under the Indian Companies Act, 1956, is operating the website www.alphamaidservices.in. This page states the terms of use ("Terms of Use" / “Terms”) under which you (“You” / “Your”) may use Alpha Maid Services, an on-line service to post and search employment opportunities and user resumes ("Alpha Maid Services" or "Web Site").
These Terms of Use include the Alpha Maid Services Privacy Statement (http://AlphaMaidServices/privacy-policy) which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using Alpha Maid Services, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Use, including the Alpha Maid Services Privacy Statement.
In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions under the Terms of Use and the Alpha Maid Services Privacy STATEMENT, the provisions under the Terms of Use will prevail.
These terms and conditions represent the agreement between the Client and Alpha Maid Services for the services offered or any Help hired through Alpha Maid Services
It is important that the Client reads and fully understands the terms and conditions as it establishes the working relationship between Alpha Maid Services and the Client. By signing these terms and conditions with Alpha Maid Services, it is understood that the Client has agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:
The website is owned and operated by the Company and all rights, title, interests including all intellectual property rights in the website vests with the Company. Company reserves the sole right to modify the T&Cs at any time.
The terms domestic help / domestic worker / maids / worker / employee / candidates etc. represents service providers. Please note that these service providers are in no way related to the company, neither are they employed by the company. They are independent people seeking employment / work through our platform.
1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS TO THE COMPANY
a. Client shall pay a one-time service subscription/registration charge to Alpha Maid Services to initiate the process of House help hunting. A maximum of 3-5 interviewed and shortlisted profiles will be shared matching your requirements and your expected salary bracket, followed by telephonic interview and then personal visit/interview. Trial period of a maximum of 3 days will be given for which the client is liable to make payment on prorate basis, if not found suitable to the given requirement. We sincerely request you not to reject the Help on the basis of look, age or religion. Judge them by their Heart & Work and give them dignity and value, that’s how a reliable and trustworthy maid is hired.
b. All payments shall be made through website/online, or Cheque drawn in Favor of Alpha Maid Services to which a suitable invoice will be produced.
c. You can also avail our service by paying us 50% of the candidate’s one month salary’ for No replacement.
d. An invoice will be sent to the client upon payment.
e. Introductions are strictly confidential. If Alpha Maid Services introduces a candidate that the client then introduces to a third part, who hires the candidate on either full time or part time, the client agrees to pay Alpha Maid Services placement / Service Charge.
f. The Client cannot employ the Candidate independently once their profile is shared through Alpha Maid Services, without paying the Service Charge to the company. In case if the Client deceits by employing the Candidate and not paying the Service Charge, the Client can be prosecuted by our Legal team. A complain can be raised and strict penalty charge of an amount 10x (ten times) of the Service Charge will be legally enforced on the client under IPC Code 420, of Section 80C and Violation of Section 73(ICA) Act, which the client is bound to pay.
2. SALARY TO THE COMPANY
a. Client must pay the salary to the company only.
b. If in cases where the House help leaves the job due to any reason you are liable to pay the salary for the number of days he / she has worked with you or for the trial period.
c. If the maid asks for his/her salary in advance, and If Clients had given the same without our knowledge and in that case if maid leaves and you have paid excess salary to him/her, Alpha Maid Services will not be responsible to retrieve/refund the same.
3. REFUND POLICY
a. Registration amount will be non-refundable if client withdraw the service in any scenario post interviews with candidates. (If all five candidates are not suitable then it will be refundable)
b. Before interviews if client withdraw the services in that scenario processing fees of INR 500 will be charged and the balance one will be refunded back with 5-7 working days.
c. Since the salary expectation of maid keep changing it might not be possible to find a maid in the same salary as your previous maid in case of replacement post completion of contract period. NO REFUND claims will be entertained if you cannot revise your salary budget according to on-going market rate. However, we will try it level best to try and find a new maid in same salary.
d. If Zero Replacements are used at the time of contract renewal : 75% off will be given in registration at the time of contract renewal. If one replacement taken then 50% off will be given in registration. If two or more replacement taken then 25% off will be given in registration.
e. Under no circumstance a refund request will be entertained where the client has not paid the salary dues in full for the worker hired through Alpha Maid Services
f. If company fail to provide single suitable candidates within 3-5 working days then 100% amount will be refundable.
4. REPLACEMENT
a. Subject to the below conditions, Alpha Maid Services undertakes to replace the Candidate placed by us with a suitable Candidate willing and able to fulfil the same tasks and duties as in the original agreement within 72 hours. However, this is subject to availability of workers. The maximum time taken could extend up to 5 days.
b. We provide “N” number of replacements for up to one year from the time of placement of the 1st worker at no extra charge if the worker leaves the job without any valid reason or does not prove satisfactory in his/ her work.
c. The replacement provided will have the same job description and timings and hours of work as mentioned agreement during placement of the first maid / worker.
d. Any change in the specification of replaced worker from the agreement without the knowledge of Alpha Maid Services calls the agreement null and void. In case of changes in job description a new agreement with new specification has to be signed to take the process any further. (charges may apply)
e. In case the maid is absent because she is unwell/family emergency, temporary backup will be given if the maid promises to join back as soon, she is healthy/fit for work. In case the maid does not join back within promise time line, we will provide the replacement for the same.
f. In case of 24 hours Help replacement, if any replacement is not available for next 15 days, then we shall provide 12 hours Help service (whose salary will be adjusted accordingly) till we don’t get any 24 hours Help available with us.
g. In case of any domestic violence with a candidate no further service will be provided and the contract will be terminated with immediate effect.
5. VERIFICATION
a. We provide all the relevant verification documents to the client like KYC Verification, Address Verification, Police Verification, Background Verification, Basic Medical Report & Family Consent Letter.
b. We strongly suggest that the client can also do a Police Verification of the maid. This ensures that the maid is free of any criminal charges in the past for cross check authentication
6. SATISFACTION OF WORK
a. Prior to the placement of the maid, the client has to give us the ‘job description’ of the type of work the maid needs to do and the salary offered. The client cannot make the maid do anything outside the job description nor reduce the salary of the maid. If the maid leaves because the client asked her to do anything outside the job description or due to reduction of salary then Alpha Maid Services will not replace the maid and neither refund the placement charges paid by the client.
b. In case you do not like the maid kindly give a notice of 5 days before you release the maid so that we can find a better-quality maid for you. The maid which has been sent for replacement cannot be offered less salary than the first maid. Also, the job description or work required to do by the maid cannot be changed by the client. In case you wish to release the maid or the maid leaves the job and you wish to take a replacement, you need to clear the salary dues of the previous maid before a replacement is sent. In case the salary of the previous maid is not cleared, we will not be sending a replacement.
7. GENERAL TERMS
a. Contract is valid for one year in all categories of services and it is renewable every one year, by paying the placement fee if you want the replacement service from Alpha Maid Services.
b. No renewal fees to be paid if you continue with the provided help even after the expiration of the contract and do not want the replacement benefit.
c. We have the availability of candidate age group from 20 to 45 years old.
d. Accommodation and Privacy is mandatory to be provided in In Houses Live In requirement.
e. There will be two off in a month with mutual understanding between clients and candidates.
f. Salaries given in the quotation is applicable from 1-5 members in a family.
g. If family member increases on regular basis the INR 1000 will be added to salary according to per person.
h. One time meal must to be provided in 12 hours shift.
i. We are a Hiring Platform - Alpha Maid Services will always involve itself or its employees / associates for resolving issues arising between the employer and the employee / service provider (maid /domestic help etc.) during the course of employment / term of the contract or even beyond. If any kind of issue with regards discipline or overall conduct of the worker hired through Alpha Maid Services arises it will be resolved by the company.
j. The agreement is not valid where the worker is leaving due to unfair labor practices / unfair treatment or breach of contract / understanding with the employee / worker.
When you hire a maid or any other candidate from Alpha Maid Services it is understood that you have agreed upon the above-mentioned terms even if you have not signed this document.
When you create an account or visit our website on Alpha Maid Services or when you hire a maid or any candidate introduced by us, it is understood that you have read the terms and conditions and you agree to it.
